On my latest vacation to Florida I visited the Tampa Bay Lowry Park Zoo which is just 2 exits away from Busch Gardens. We had decided to go to the Zoo instead of Busch Gardens because the zoo costs $16.95 to get in and Busch Gardens costs $60.00 to get in per person. And because we did not have all day to walk around and we have a small child and Busch Gardens would have been just too much. But, the zoo was great, it was clean, they had food, refreshments, shops and of course lots of animals. It is a very nice zoo and it was packed with people. I would not recommend going to the zoo on a very hot day like we did, it was just too hot for walking around a zoo. But, it was still fun and the animals were great to watch.
