I watch the show on TLC called “Flip This House”. There is a group of young guys that flip houses in Connecticut and they have a website that showcases their business and their homes. I have watched this show a few time in the past couple months and it is an OK show. It is mainly about the guys and how “hot” they are. Te houses kinda takes a back and you see only some of the stuff that they do to each home. Overall it is entertaining and I would watch it again. I did notice that their homes are not selling really fast like they think on their show. If you look at their website you will see some houses that have been on the market for months and months, and no price decrease.
If you are thinking of selling your house or condo make sure you have the time and mental capacity o deal with it. It is not as easy as you think it would be. My husband and I purchased a new home and we made the mistake of buying our new home, and we hadn’t yet sold the home we were living in. Needless to say it’s been over 6 months now and we have been owning 2 homes, and we barely have the money to keep it up. The market is slow, and we have a renter in our other house, to help pay the mortgage and people that are looking to buy a home, don’t like to see renters. I have to say, I do not want to do this ever again, and it takes up a lot of your time, money and it is very stressful.
My husband and I have visited Mexico twice now in the past 2 years, and we love it. We will be visiting again later this year. We fly into Cancun when we go down , and then drive about 1 hour south to the very beautiful Riviera Maya. The flight is short and easy and is well with it for the ocean in Mexico is so gorgeous.
We plan on looking for a condo to buy on the water so we can stay down there for a few months each year. It is just t nice to leave. If you are planning a trip, and want to try something new and yet spectacular, you should visit Mexico.

There is a house up the street that is absolutely perfect. The lawn is always cut, there are never any cars in the driveway, they put up a theme item for each holiday that is perfect and take it down just in time for the next one. The colors are neutrol and they even have a white picket fence.
The tree’s are placed in perfect order and they have a swing set in the backyard, but ive never seen kids on it. It’s almost like no one lives there. I drive by once in a while and always look to see if something is out of place, and have yet to notice anything.
